You read that correctly, Coloring books specially designed for adults are now the hottest commodity - a lot like the designer cupcake fad from a few years back.
The marketing spiel is that the act of coloring helps the mind disengage from day-to-day stressors, some even comparing the daily coloring activity to meditation!
If you think about it, I have yet to see a toddler who isn't relaxed while coloring away with crayons.
